Everyone has to find their own comfortable position in the hammock, but you should start by lying diagonally. This is the most correct way of lying.
And then you need to find the most comfortable position in the hammock: try to move higher or lower, move to the left or right side, lie more or less diagonally.
In my experience, a hammock has more advantages than a tent, and here are some of them:
1. Lying in a hammock is simply much more comfortable. Even if you compare it to some super inflatable mat or even to my bed, a hammock is just much, much more comfortable.
2. It is much quicker to set up a hammock than it is to pitch a tent.
3. Finding a place to hang a hammock is much easier than finding a flat, dry place to pitch a tent.
4. A hammock sleeping system usually weighs less and takes up less space.
5. A hammock can be used as a chair.
6. The hammock provides an almost ideal sleeping position (which makes it particularly suitable for people who suffer from back pain or who simply sleep less well).
And my favourite aspects:
• Being able to observe your surroundings from the hammock;
• You can swing;
• When it’s wet outside, you don’t spill any of your stuff. The only thing that gets dirty is your shoes.
If you’re an ultralighter and want the lightest NFT option, go for the translucent hammock, which weighs only 150 g.
If you’re looking for a small, lightweight and sturdy sleeping system, choose a single-layer hammock.
If you’re looking for versatility, choose a hammock with a fully removable net. It will keep things from falling out of the hammock, keep insects out and, in colder weather, the hammock netting will keep the heat in. In addition, once the net is removed, you can use the hammock as a single layer.
Yes. Very much so.
Hammock experts say that the most comfortable way to lie in a hammock is to lie in a hammock that is twice as long as the person’s height. Many people who do not like hammocks have a negative opinion because they have slept in a small hammock. A small hammock squeezes you, your shoulders don’t seem to fit, your legs start to ache – uncomfortable to the max.
That’s why a hammock of the right length is essential, otherwise you won’t see why a hammock can be a very comfortable option for relaxation.
It is also worth noting that the width of the hammock is not as important as the length. A longer and narrower hammock will be more comfortable than a shorter and wider one.
Yes and no. Many people think that a hammock doesn’t need any insulation, just a sleeping bag. This is not true.
Lying with only a sleeping bag compresses the back, causing the insulating material of the sleeping bag to lose all its warming properties and the back to become cold.
Therefore, an underquilt or a sleeping pad is mandatory.
You can only sleep warmly without a mat or insulation at +20 degrees.
According to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller within 14 days and recover the price paid for them.
Please note that the buyer’s request for a replacement or return is only accepted if the goods have not been used, are not damaged, have retained their usable qualities, have not lost their merchantable appearance, and if the buyer has proof that he bought the goods from the seller in question.
I always try to dispatch the same day the order is placed, but sometimes an item is in the process of being sewn, in which case dispatch can take up to 5 days.
