Goods delivery
1. The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery of the Goods by selecting the delivery service at the time of ordering.
2. If the Buyer wishes to collect the goods via a self-service terminal, the preferred terminal must be selected in the system.
3. The delivery date is specified in the product description. If the goods are not in the Seller’s warehouse and are ordered, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer using the contact details provided by the Buyer for the exact delivery date. Confirmation of the order will only be sent to the Customer upon receipt of payment to the NEEDFORTREES account.
4. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to agree on the terms of delivery.
5. At the time of delivery of the Goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the packaging and the quantity of the Goods together with the courier or the Seller. The Buyer must inform the courier or the Seller if he notices any damage to the packaging during delivery. Failure to do so shall exempt the Seller from liability to the Buyer in respect of any damage to the goods in relation to damage to the packaging not noted by the Buyer in the delivery note.
Returns
1. In order to return the product(s) in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of goods.
2. The following conditions must be complied with when returning goods to the Buyer:
2.1. the returned product must be in its original packaging in good working order (including the instructions and warranty card, if they came with the product);
2.2. the goods must be in good condition and undamaged by the Buyer;
2.3. the product must be unused and in good condition (no damaged labels, no torn protective film, etc.) (this does not apply if you are returning a low-quality product);
2.4. the returned goods must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received them;
3. In the event of a return, the Seller undertakes to transfer the money for the returned goods to the Buyer only after the evaluation of the returned goods. The money is transferred only to the payer’s account.
4. In the event of a return of the wrong Goods and/or faulty Goods, the Seller undertakes to take back such Goods and to replace them with similar suitable Goods. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid.
5. The Buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned goods.
