Nice big tarp with doors. Feels like sleeping in a castle.
Has internal pole mode (poles not for sale). Has internal ridgeline. Can be made in 12 ft or 13 ft. Pullouts are optional. Aluminum tarp stakes are included, so is the Dyneema reflective suspension.

For me this is the perfect tarp for my hammock setup. I got the large one, which is still light enough for my pack. The legendary Flecktarn pattern looks awesome and disappears right into the treeline. 😶🌫️🌲
I’ve had it out in heavy rain and windy conditions, which was no problem at all. The bungee cords keep the tarp taut and catch strong winds with ease. Pitching it is straightforward, and the panel pulls are a nice add-on. Pulling them out opens up the tarp from the inside.
A word on the service. I originally ordered the Shaltis in the brown color. When Daumantas announced a limited Flecktarn camo run for the Shako tarp, I asked if the same could be done for the Shaltis. He made it happen. That kind of flexibility is rare and genuinely appreciated.
Build quality looks solid and durable. This one’s staying in the kit.
