Warm Feet Make a Big Difference

Cold feet are one of the most common reasons people struggle to stay warm during the night outdoors. Even with a warm sleeping bag, feet often cool down first.

„Jeckes“ insulated booties add lightweight synthetic insulation around the feet without compressing them like tight socks. Because the insulation is not compressed, warmth is maintained much more effectively.

The result is simple: warmer feet and more comfortable sleep.

Designed for Sleeping Systems

„Jeckes“ are designed primarily for sleeping inside a hammock or sleeping bag. Unlike thick socks, they do not squeeze the feet, allowing better blood circulation and improved heat retention.

They can also be worn inside winter boots to increase comfort temperature during cold evenings in camp.

Secure Fit and Heat Retention

The current version includes a 0.5 cm shock cord tape around the ankle area.

This helps the booties stay securely in place while sleeping and reduces warm air escaping from the top. The result is better heat retention and a more comfortable fit.

Climashield® APEX Insulation

„Jeckes“ use Climashield® APEX 100 synthetic insulation.

  • Excellent warmth-to-weight ratio
  • Maintains insulation even in humid conditions
  • Fast drying
  • Reliable performance in outdoor environments

Comfortable Materials

  • 20D Nylon outer fabric – lightweight and durable
  • 10D Nylon inner fabric – soft against skin
  • Hidden seams for improved comfort
  • Breathable construction to reduce moisture buildup

Lightweight and Compact

At approximately 85 g per pair, „Jeckes“ add minimal weight to your gear while significantly improving sleeping comfort.

They pack down very small and easily fit into any hammock or backpacking sleep system.

Durable Enough for Camp Use

Although designed primarily for sleeping, „Jeckes“ are durable enough to be worn around camp. They can be used inside shoes or boots and handle light walking without problems.

Many users also wear them during cold evenings in camp or inside winter footwear to increase warmth.

Where They Work Best

  • Hammock camping
  • Sleeping bags during cold nights
  • Winter camping setups

Very comfy! They didnt sit very tight so i was afraid that they would fall off during the night but they were on perfectly during the entire night. Very warm compared to how light weight they are.
