Construction

• Climashield® APEX continuous-filament synthetic insulation
• 20D lightweight nylon shell
• No zipper, no hood
• Elastic adjustment around shoulders and back
• Extended leg-back seam for improved hip insulation

The extended seam design reduces cold spots around the hips and upper legs — a common issue in many standard quilt constructions.

Why Use a Top Quilt?

When sleeping in a hammock, insulation beneath your body becomes compressed and loses effectiveness.
A top quilt removes unnecessary back insulation, reducing weight and packed volume while maintaining warmth where it matters.

The open design also allows easier entry and greater freedom of movement compared to a traditional sleeping bag.
